The wedding invitation is the first step you take to announce your wedding celebration to the guests who will share your special day with you. You want the invitation to reflect your unique love and the fabulous celebration that awaits your guests. Wedding Tips
- You should place your order for invitations and accessory items 3-4 months before your wedding.
- When you are figuring the total number of invitations needed, make sure to include all members of the wedding party. Also order extra invitations as keepsakes for yourself and your family.
- Always address envelopes by hand. Outer envelopes with gummed flap is addresses with the full name and address. Inner envelope is addressed to the last name only, i.e., Mr. and Mrs. Jones.
- Respond cards can help you save money in the long run. They will help you get an accurate count of guests for the ceremony and especially the reception.
- The date used on your respond card should be at least two weeks prior to your wedding.
